The FFS Philosophy
At FFS Gyms, our goal is to help people become the strongest version of themselves.
These are unusual times that we find ourselves in and a lot of people will find it stressful and overwhelming. It can be easy to let our physical and mental health fall to the wayside as our normal routines and structures are turned upside down. For many of us working from home now means that our daily commute, our trips to the gym, or our overall daily movement is greatly reduced or no longer possible. We are creatures of habits, so you may now find yourself at a loss for what food to make, or grazing mindlessly throughout the day, either eating too much or too little, or eating foods with little nutritional value. As coaches, we want to make sure that you are given all the tools necessary to look after yourselves and to continue to become the strongest versions of yourself. During stressful times, our body needs nourishment, so we have put together a recipe book of 20 recipes that you can learn to make at home.
