Aoife works with clients during pregnancy to help them maintain safe and enjoyable exercise and feel healthy and strong leading up to birth. During postnatal training, she focuses on a safe and progressive return to exercise.
Aoife is qualified in Modern Pre and Postnatal Exercise and Wellness, has a Post Graduate Certificate in Strength and Conditioning and has competed internationally in both Olympic Weightlifting and athletics.
