Head of Community
Coach Aoife has been with the FFS team since October 2016. Her main coaching focus is Pregnancy and Postnatal Training and is fully qualified in coaching both. Aoife started our Small Group Personal Training for Pregnancy in early 2019 as she recognised the lack of opportunities for women to do strength and aerobic training specifically tailored to pregnancy in the city centre. If you are interested or would like more information contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Aoife also works with 1:1 Personal Training clients, both pregnant/postnatal women and others. As an Olympic Weightlifter she has a keen eye for detail and ensures excellent and safe movement during all exercises. Her Olympic Weightlifting class began in 2017 and has resulted in several members (as well as Coach Ciaran) successfully taking part in competitions.
As our Head of Community, Aoife organizes FFS monthly Sunday activities, weekends away and loads of other fun stuff outside the gym to create a true community feel for members and clients. Head over to our community page to check it out! Aoife also tutors on two workshops in the FFS Academy: Big 5 Lifts and Fitness Testing.
