Richard Scrivener is an Animal Flow master instructor and a man with 15+ years working in the health and fitness industry.
On the podcast Rich talks about how he wants his students to; 1. See the “big picture” with regards to their health and fitness. 2. Build health & fitness from the ground up
Rich gives us an insight into what these concepts mean to him and you can apply them to your training and nutrition.
We discuss how movement training such as animal flow compliment traditional strength training? And also how people can best integrate it into their workouts or training routines.
We also have a little but of fun in this weeks "Fitness Forfeit" by hitting Rich with and Irish Themed Pub Quiz.
