January Movement & Mobility Recovery Flow

In this week's Movement & Mobility Class, I take us through a slow and restorative flow.

We focus on a light warm up of gentle CARS (controlled articular rotations of the joints) before moving into a very slow flow focused on holding passive stretches and deep, diaphragmatic breathing.

Feel free to watch this video as many times as you need over the coming month to unwind and balance your higher-intensity sessions. Whenever you feel the need to unwind or slow down, watch this and I hope it will centre and calm you.
