Membership Induction Coordinator
Head of Digital Marketing
My philosophy is simple: “The Mind is The Limit.”
Coach Brian began his journey with FFS back in 2015 as an Intern during his second year studying for his BSc. in Sport and Exercise Management in UCD. He first qualified as a fitness instructor in 2011 and soon after added to his accreditation by obtaining a certificate in Exercise and Health Fitness from the University of Limerick the following year. Brian has over eight years experience in the industry and has worked with clients over a variety of disciplines from everyday gym goers to international athletes.
Since joining the FFS team, Brian has taken the helm of digital management, managing our online presence, social media team and content creation. In addition, Brian heads up our Foundation Course induction process, ensuring new members feel confident and comfortable in our gym from day one. Brian is also responsible for establishing the one of a kind FFS Internship Programme that provides fitness enthusiasts a four month opportunity to learn from our expert coaching team.
Brian has developed his skills through a diverse number of training systems, however, takes a special interest in the areas of functional strength and exercise psychology.
Brian states: “It is very important to be constantly studying and learning about health and fitness, as there is an abundant stream of information readily available these days, especially with the Internet and not all of it is beneficial. In fact, much of what can be found online in regards to diet and training can actually be detrimental to your health, it is therefore pivotal to be able to decipher the good from the bad.”
