Out of respect to the gym and your fellow members this policy is strictly enforced.
We advise you to book your sessions early (3-4 weeks in advance) to avoid disappointment. Booking window opens 30 days in advance.
Self-booking via the FFS app closes 45 minutes before class start time for all classes.
The latest you can early-cancel any Early Morning* classes is 9 hours prior to class start time; this provides fellow members a chance to prepare accordingly if they are added from the waitlist. E.g. For 6:15am classes, early-cancel by 9:15pm the night before to allow waitlisted members to be added automatically into the class.
The latest you can early-cancel any Morning, lunchtime and Evening classes is 4 hours prior to class start time. E.g. For 5:15pm class, early-cancel by 1:15pm to allow waitlisted members to be added automatically into the class.
Cancelling inside these time frames is deemed a late-cancel and a used session.
As a Gold/Evening/Lunchtime member, three late-cancels or non-arrivals (strikes) in a month and your profile will be restricted to three classes the week following the cumulation of your third ‘strike’.
As a Silver/Off-Peak member, three late-cancels or non-arrivals (strikes) in a month and your profile will be restricted to two classes the week following the cumulation of your third ‘strike’.
This policy will run through each calendar month (1st - 31st). For example, if you late-cancel/no show three times in the month, your profile will be restricted in the week following your third 'strike'. If you have three or more 'strikes' on a weekly basis, your profile may be on a more permanent restriction.
When you have breached these rules, the week of your restricted classes; ALL classes booked by you will be removed by the MINDBODY system. You will need to log in and rebook your two or three classes during the restricted week.
