Olympic Weightlifting is a competitive sport which involves perfecting the clean, jerk and snatch.

At FFS, our Olympic Weightlifting course runs in 14 week blocks and teaches you the lifts by breaking each one down into its main components, or phases. Olympic weightlifting improves power, strength and helps to build muscle.

As it’s a highly technical sport an achieving continual improvement is massively rewarding.
