Our strength and conditioning classes are designed to help members build muscle and strengthen their fundamental movement patterns.
Our coaches will teach you a variety of strength training movements and show you how to perform each one with perfect form. With these classes, FFS members progressively become stronger and fitter.
Learning correct technique and getting stronger takes time. For this reason, our expert coaches plan our strength and conditioning classes in eight week cycles. We are constantly changing and updating our class programmes based on scientific principles and our own coaching experience. This means every class is a challenge and will continuously help you work toward your goal of getting stronger.
