Our suspension and bodyweight classes are designed to improve muscular endurance and help strengthen your fundamental movement patterns.
Our top-class coaches will teach you to perform each movement correctly and help you to get stronger. They’ll challenge you with total body circuits which feature TRX, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, bodyweight exercises and whatever else they can think of to help you to become the strongest version of yourself.
Each month, FFS puts together a 4 to 5 week class plan to help our members improve their strength and endurance. This class is perfect for anyone who likes high-repetition strength or circuit training.
