Coach Daragh undertook the FFS internship program after receiving his qualifications in Personal Training. He was brought onboard full time______(time frame?). 



BSc. in Sport and Exercise Management from University College Dublin

  • Certificate in Exercise and Health Fitness (UL)

  • NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach

  • Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach

  • Animal Flow Level 1 Certified

  • Anthropometric and Body Composition Analysis 

  • CPR/AED Qualified
