Over the past 7 years we have managed to nurture this culture throughout our current FFS gyms network in Dublin. But we want our high levels of professionalism and exceptional coaching to help as many people as possible.

FFS combines fundamental sports science principles with an enjoyable team atmosphere for people to train in. Since its inception in 2013, FFS has gone from strength to strength. Our first location on Leeson Street grew to the point where 100 people were signed up to our waiting list within 12 months. This spurred us on to open new locations across the city. We plan to expand, grow and build our community into the future and want to work with people who are passionate about helping people to become the strongest version of themselves.
