Building Stronger Golfers – Small Group Training

At FFS we are delighted to be able to bring a golf specific strength program to help golfers of all
levels to improve their game.


Golf is a game that requires a lot technical skill. However, for many, physical discrepancies are
holding back the progression of their technical skill. Many don’t have the strength or mobility to get
into certain positions and swing the golf club efficiently and powerfully.
Our goal with this program is simple: Build Stronger Golfers.


With this program, clients will be given a full Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) screen by certified
TPI coaches, where we will highlight the key areas that are holding you back. Following this, you will
partake in an 8 week strength program designed, to make you more mobile, powerful and most
importantly, a better golfer.


The program is delivered through small group personal training (maximum of 4 per group) consisting
of 2x45 minute sessions each week, where you will get the benefit of personalised coaching while
training with likeminded golfers who want to improve their game.
