Here at FFS, strength is at the heart of everything we do. We’re here to help our members become the strongest version of themselves. Our top-class training isn’t just about building muscle, it’s about having more energy, feeling good about yourself and being prepared to overcome resistance in every area of your life.

New members are always welcome at FFS. Whatever your age or fitness level, we can help you reach your goals and tackle any barriers to progress. Whether you’re stressed out at work or struggling through exams, we’re here to get you through whatever life throws at you. Consistent training not only builds you up physically, but also helps you become stronger mentally.

No fads, just great fitness advice

WHAT TO EXPECT AT FFS

FFS isn’t like other gyms. We don’t offer quick fixes. Instead, we’re focused on getting fit to feel good. We’re dedicated to helping our members become stronger through progressive training plans. This requires commitment from our coaches - as well as our members. For this reason, all our memberships are class-based and involve 12-month goal setting.

GETTING STARTED

All new members take part in an introductory induction with one of our expert FFS coaches. This involves

  • A health screening
  • A review of your movement patterns
  • Advice on setting and achieving your fitness goals
  • Instruction on classes to attend and how often
  • The opportunity to ask questions

This first meeting empowers our team to identify mobility restrictions and create a training plan to suit you, reducing your risk of injury.

Our approachable coaches are there for you. They’ll support you throughout your FFS fitness journey, checking in and updating your training plan to ensure constant progress.

YOUR FIRST CLASS

Book into a class using the FFS app. Class sizes are limited, so this is necessary to guarantee a spot.

Come dressed to workout or change on-site. All of our gyms have showers kitted out with shampoo, shower gel, deodorant, feminine products and hairdryers, so you can travel light.

Each FFS gym is accessible 15 minutes before class kicks off, so come early and introduce yourself to our friendly team. Two of our expert coaches run each training session, so there’s always plenty of attention to go round.

Hard work is a must so bringing a small towel is a wise idea. But there’s no need for headphones as you’ll be engaging with our passionate coaches throughout the class.
