HOW FFS NUTRITION COACHING HELPED ME
I was 46 when I started my FFS Nutrition Coaching journey and managed to pack in quite a lot in those years not least of which being a busy mother of five wonderful kids.
Over those 46 years I had set out to lose 19kgs and drop a few dress sizes several times and I achieved this goal EVERY single time. That's approximately 125kgs that I had lost and regained over the years. It was a rollercoaster of elation and utter devastation........ENOUGH!!!!
It was time to get off the rollercoaster for good...it was simply not working as Einstein once said "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result."
That is when I decided to try something different and re-educate myself towards being a healthier, leaner, stronger and fitter me FOR LIFE! That is where FFS Nutrition Coaching came in.
Working with my coach over the 12 months I learned how making small changes to my habits could yield results beyond my expectations. I didn't just get off the rollercoaster of past failures I left the fairground and I haven't looked back since!
When I started FFS Nutrition Coaching with my coach I had no energy to physically play with two kids. I weighed 137kgs and struggled to find clothes to fit me. I was not able to tie my shoelaces without being out of breath.
I wanted to change my life so badly, but was finding it hard to find consistency. I had previously crash dieted and lost significant amounts of weight, but it would always come back on.
