As a nutritional therapist, I work with you to optimise your diet and lifestyle so that you can improve your health and achieve your goals.
Over the 8 weeks we work together to create a personalised diet and lifestyle plan that suits you and your needs. I educate you on how to nourish your body so that you can continue the journey long after we’ve finished working together.
I also have a keen interest in women's health and love to support you in understanding your body better. I can help you to experience healthier hormones, plan for pregnancy or simply to look and feel better by tweaking your diet and lifestyle.
