This program contains movements that require the following equipment:

  • Barbell & weight plates
  • Squat rack 
  • Dumbbells 
  • Kettlebells 
  • Suspension trainer (TRX or another brand)
 
You have the ability to replace exercises in the program if you do not have access to any of the above. 
That being said for best results it is advised that you have access to as much of the above equipment as possible.

 

This program is best suited for someone who wants to move better, get stronger and feel fitter.
