The coaches at Fitter Faster Stronger have established themselves as leaders in one to one and small group (2:1 or 3:1) personal training in Dublin City Centre.
We believe that PT should be exactly that, personal! With that being said, we provide programmes based on your specific goals, functional abilities and previous training experience.
