 A wholesome balanced protein powerhouse to kick start the day. 




Protein Pancakes Mix Ingredients

  • Wholegrain Porridge Oats

  • Bananas

  • Eggs

  • Whole Milk

  • Scoop of Protein Powder


  • Whole Greek Yougurt

  • Crushed Walnuts

  • Blueberries

  • Dark Chocolate (90% coca)

  • Honey

Green Smoothie Ingredients

  • Spinach

  • Ice

  • Frozen Raspberries

  • Whole Milk

  • Whole Greek Yogurt


How to put it all together see video below (with bonus coffee tip). Very little too it basically just involves picking up ingredients and putting them on a plate or in a blender. Simple things are often the best and delicious.
