Spices (All optional)
Himalayan Pink Salt
Add oats into nutri-bullet cup and add liberal amounts of the spices above and mill all together. Mill until fine and place into a large bowl to one side.
Crack some eggs into a deep bowl , add a dash of milk and some hot sauce and mix together with a fork until consistent.
Dip chicken into egg mix, then into oat mix and then onto some grease-proof paper and into a pre-heated oven at about 6/7 gas mark for 30-45 mins depending on size of cuts. Leave in a little longer if unsure as you want the chicken to be crispy.
