As a coach, I have a vast understanding of the physiology which underpins exercise and training. My goal is to continuously work towards bridging the gap between scientific research and exercise prescription, aiming to provide the highest quality training to my clients.
Mental health awareness is also something I am passionate about and I believe physical activity greatly helps this. Enjoyable, effective and tailored training is what I believe in.
