Its not about fitness, diet, muscle or even competition. I just feel better. FFS makes me feel better. I have a pretty stressful life, like most people, and going to FFS makes it all seem easier.I can't explain why, but I love being pushed whether its Rory trying to get me to do 16 burpees in 30 seconds or Ruds trying to get me to do just one with perfect form achieving each of these little goals makes me feel like I'm improving, I'm getting better, hence I can deal with anything.
