Build strength and flexibility as our passionate team of instructors guide you through each flow. In a unique setting, our yoga and pilates classes increase mind-body awareness and enhance training performance.

The high Georgian ceilings and tall sash windows of our Leeson Street yoga studio offer the perfect atmosphere for our uplifting classes.

Our yoga programmes are available to everyone, but FFS gym members get a discount.

Online Yoga Classes

While isolating at home it's important we all stay healthy and relaxed, so we're bringing our yoga classes straight to your home via Zoom video sessions.

Slow Vinyasa

Slow Vinyasa

Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

These are slow, strong flowing classes. Students get to learn about transitions and flows, while building strength and flexibility.

Expect to spend some time in each pose.

Power Vinyasa

Power Vinyasa

Not suitable for total beginners.

Vinyasa means the journey between two points. These short, strong, flowing classes incorporate both breath and strength. It’s a good idea to bring a small towel for this class.

Expect less instruction than our other yoga classes.

Yin

Yin

Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Yin yoga is a passive, but challenging, style of yoga. There is no warm-up so these classes focus on joint, ligament and fascia flexibility - rather than muscular flexibility which is the focus of regular ‘yang’ classes.

Expect long-held, floor based poses. Yin makes you slow down and relax, but it is also challenging and requires sitting with discomfort.

Hatha

Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Hatha yoga is the ‘mother’ of modern physical yoga practices. This class focuses on learning the basics of both posture and breath, empowering students to safely progress to more advanced poses.

Expect to practice a traditional sequence.

Pilates

Pilates

Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Our pilates classes strengthen your core, while reducing lower back pain and improving posture and alignment. This means your body can reach its maximum potential when training in the gym.

FFS pilates is ideal for athletes who want to reduce their risk of injury and improve their performance in activities like running, resistance training and golfing.

Expect to work on specialised muscle groups that you never even knew you had.

Our yoga packages

If you don’t want to lug your yoga mat around town with you, feel free to use the mats provided in ​the FFS yoga studio.

Always ask your GP whether it is safe for you to practice yoga. It’s a good idea to email yoga@ffs.ie in advance to let the teacher know of your injury/illness. There are certain stages of pregnancy where Yoga is unsuitable. Mail yoga@ffs.ie in advance and always let your teacher know that you are expecting.

Fabby completed her 200hr YTT in Hatha yoga before training in many styles including Children's yoga, Restorative, Ashtanga, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, and Yin yoga. She has been mentored by senior Iyengar teacher, Orla Punch for the past three years. Fabby's classes are focused on alignment, strength and relaxation.

Hailing from Brazil, Jackie found Yoga and quickly fell in love. She moved to Ireland and completed her 250hrs Yoga Teacher Training at Samadhi under the guidance of their inspirational teachers. Jackie teaches a strong vinyasa practice.

Audrey O'Connor Pilates Teacher

Audrey originally qualified in Sports Therapy, Rehab and PT. After using Pilates to supplement rehab, it became her passion and she now teaches this full-time. She completed her 250hrs YT Training with The Yoga Rooms in Dublin. Audrey’s classes are energetic and challenging.
