Restorative Movement & Mobility Dec 17th

Sinead takes us through a restorative Movement & Mobility class to finish out 2020. Filled with deep breathing and passive stretches, it is sure to help you unwind and relax.

In this week's Movement & Mobility Class, I take us through a slow and restorative flow.

We focus on a light warm up of gentle CARS (controlled articular rotations of the joints) before moving into a very slow flow focused on holding passive stretches and deep, diaphragmatic breathing.
