Sitting just above Five Guys burgers, this is your opportunity to shop, brunch and get stronger too.

Descend the steps to the black-and-yellow birthplace of FFS. Christened the Home of Hard Work back when it first opened in 2013, this is where you’ll find our most hardcore, longstanding members. Their dedication and passion will motivate you to become Fitter, Faster and Stronger too.

Our new purpose-built, state-of-the-art gym in Dundrum stretches across a space of 386 square metres and offers all the amenities of your fitness dreams.

Getting here

FFS Dundrum is based above Five Guys. There’s plenty of parking available in the surrounding area, but you can also get here by bus or Luas. The 14, 75 and 75a leaves you just two minutes from FFS; while the 44, 44b and 175 are four minutes away.

The Dundrum for Balally stop on the green line Luas is also a short walk from our front door.
