Functional Conditioning is a class that utilises strength and conditioning tools to enable us to perform better in our everyday lives. We integrate "bang for buck" strength exercises combined with engine-building muscular endurance to help us build strong foundations. Each class is adapted to a member's ability so they are suitable for all levels and are always challenging. There will be an Upper, Lower and Total Body emphasis for each session.
Learning correct technique and getting stronger takes time. For this reason, our expert coaches plan our strength and conditioning classes in eight week cycles. We are constantly changing and updating our class programmes based on scientific principles and our own coaching experience. This means every class is a challenge and will continuously help you work toward your goal of getting stronger.

Our functional conditioning classes provide a complete workout for the development of a symmetrical and agile physique. Exercises are changed up frequently so you can expect anything from TRX and kettlebells, to dumbells and resistance bands.
