Eric Cullinane graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a BSc. Physiotherapy. He has a special interest in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy – particularly shoulder rehabilitation, low back pain and strength & conditioning. He is a registered member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP) and a member of the Sports and Exercise Medicine special interest group.

Eric is firm believer that "Movement is a medicine for creating change in a persons physical, emotional and mental states" and is an expert in soft tissue techniques, passive and active release techniques and rehabilitation. He enjoys developing exercise programmes for people aiming to improve function, mobility and sports related performance.

Kathryn Dane graduated from Physiotherapy in Trinity College Dublin with a BSc (Hons). She is a registered member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP). Over the past year she has worked with GAA and Rugby sports teams treating a vast range of injuries. She has a special interest in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy – low back pain, ankle rehabilitation and strength & conditioning.

Kathryn’s passion for sports physiotherapy stems from her current
experiences as an elite rugby player with Ireland Senior Women’s rugby team, Ulster and Old Belvedere women’s rugby teams. Kathryn has a wealth of experience in overcoming personal sporting injuries and has also gathered extensive knowledge in strength and conditioning and continues to use this as a tool to help her clients.

Following your Functional Screening Assessment in your Foundation Course, you were provided with a specific area which requires attention and exercises to improve your functional movement concerning that area. These programmes have been compiled by our coaching team who specialise in mobility and our in-house Physiotherapist. Completing these 15-20 minute sessions will greatly assist you in gaining the most out of your FFS Experience and help you rapidly progress towards your health and fitness goals.
